1. Who processes the data

The personal data controller is konkurenta.net (hereinafter “we,” “the Service”), the owner of the konkurenta.net website and the my.konkurenta.net dashboard.

We process data in accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Personal Data” and, for visitors from the EU, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Data that you provide yourself:

  • name, phone number, e-mail — in website forms and the chat window;
  • the text of your messages in the chat and forms;
  • registration and order data in the dashboard (name, contact details, payment details, order history).

Data collected automatically:

  • anonymized (hashed) IP address, browser type, and the page from which the chat was opened;
  • technical data about the visit (if you have permitted analytics) — via Google Analytics;
  • browser settings: language, theme, currency, and chat window state.

We do not specifically collect sensitive data (regarding health, beliefs, etc.) — please do not send such data in the chat.

3. Why we use the data

  • to answer your question in the chat and contact you regarding your request;
  • to conclude and perform a contract: register you, activate a package, accept payment, and provide the service;
  • to improve the website and service (anonymized visit statistics — only with your consent);
  • to comply with legal requirements (accounting and tax records).

4. Legal bases

  • your consent — for requests via forms, chat, and analytics cookies; consent can be withdrawn at any time;
  • conclusion and performance of a contract — for registration, orders, and service provision;
  • legitimate interest — for protecting the website from abuse (rate limiting of messages, anonymized IP);
  • legal obligation — for payment records.

5. AI assistant in the chat

The AI assistant responds to questions in the chat first. Your messages are transmitted to our AI-based processing server solely to generate a response and are not used for advertising.

The AI assistant’s responses are for informational purposes only. Prices and terms become binding only after confirmation by a manager or the placement of an order in the dashboard.

If you request to be contacted by a manager or leave your contact details, the correspondence and contact information are passed to our managers.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with those who help us provide the service:

  • Service managers — via the Telegram messenger (notifications about requests);
  • the hosting provider on whose servers the website and database operate;
  • payment systems and banks — when paying for an order;
  • Google LLC — anonymized visit statistics, only if you have permitted analytics;
  • government authorities — only in cases explicitly provided for by law.

Some of these companies may be located outside Ukraine and the EU; in such cases, the transfer is carried out in compliance with legal requirements.

7. How long we store data

  • chat correspondence and requests — up to 3 years from the last interaction;
  • account and order data — while the account is active and thereafter for the periods established by law for accounting documents;
  • analytics data — for the periods set in Google Analytics settings (no more than 14 months).

After the expiration of these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out what personal data we process about you and obtain a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request the deletion of data or restriction of its processing;
  • withdraw consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability);
  • file a complaint with the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or the data protection supervisory authority in your EU country.

9. Cookies and browser storage

How we use cookies and browser storage is described in the Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are enabled only after your consent in the on-site window; you can change your choice via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of the page.

10. Data protection

We use a secure connection (HTTPS), restrict data access to employees who need it for their work, store IP addresses in anonymized form, and regularly make backups.

11. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not designed for persons under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect children’s data.

12. Policy changes

We may update this policy. The new revision takes effect from the moment of publication on this page; the revision date is indicated at the top. We will notify dashboard clients in advance of any material changes.
